Every morning for the last 3 months the Frappuccino machine was down or is never clean. The other day I used the drive through... at 8:30am and it was still being cleaned. Why? I would think that the machine would be cleaned the night before and fullyoperational for the next business day. This sounds like a managerial problem to me just saying. Read more
