I enjoy coming here. I like their customer service & the fact that its conveniently located inside the MCX. There are many... things I like about coming but the only thing that I don?t like is that I can?t redeem my Starbucks rewards at all. When I askedwhy the answer I got was that it is their policy. Makes no sense to me. Other than that I?ll continue stacking up points everytime I return & hope that they?ll start redeeming Starbucks rewards. I recommend. Read more

Comforting. Was able to get some good work done while i sipped my coffee and ate my almond croissant.

The staff is really nice. I would give 5 stars, but they occasionally mess up my order. I'll order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frap... with creme base and I can still taste coffee in it (I don't drink coffee, but I love their fraps). So it makes me sad when Iorder a drink and it still tastes like coffee even though I asked for a creme base. Read more

Great family energetic staff. Great service. Great location off the main highway. 4 stars because no way to tip with the... Starbucks app, no tip jar/box at the drive thru. This is very unfair to the hard-working employees there. I do a lot of drivingbeen to over 100 locations in SoCal alone. Never seen this before. No tipping? Really? Please store manager get on thisissue, you have a great employees, they need to be rewarded especially during these times. Read more

The team was a bit underwhelming but perhaps they were just getting user to the new menu and there... might have been other factors that made the visit subpar this time, but the drinks were great except for the pumpkin cream orderwhich did not come out looking good or tasting good at all. Wonderful staff who are always very friendly. On the rare occasion that there is a mistake with my order, they're always very... good about correcting it immediately. I even had one experience where my card was declined and the cashier paid for my drink (Iwouldn't bet on that happening often). I definitely spend too much money here lol. Read more
