When we tried to order a taco salad we were told they were out of taco salad shells and the container to put them in. Next I... ordered sweet onion rings - they were out. Finally we were successful in picking food they actually had. Next, we found most ofthe tables were too dirty to sit at. Then we waited for our food for 15 minutes. My husband finally went up to the counter andwas told they had no idea what we ordered or where the order was. They pulled the order together and placed it on a tray withleftover food scraps all ready on the tray. We refused the tray and asked for the manager. Not fast food, or good service. The hamburger when we finally got it was barely warm even though we were told it was freshly made. The manager was nice enoughwhen we complained but why should it be such a hassle. We came here because of such good old memories. We are leaving withnothing but disappointmemt. Our high expectations were dashed, we don't know if this is indicative of all Arctic Circles but wewon't go to another one. Read more
After we ordered our meals, we sat in the dining room for 25 minutes waiting for food. After we checked with the staff they said... " we don't want to cook, we only make shakes". We waited for another five minutes for our food to arrive. When it did, theemployee opened our meals and grabbed the burgers with her bare hand to see which was which. Needless to say, got a refund andleft without the food. Always was an Arctic Circle fan till this event. Will not be returning. Read more

The place is disgusting. Pretty sure they haven?t cleaned the floors, toys or even bathroom in years. Tonight my food was not... edible. Fries were extremely stale and my mushroom burger tasted like the mushrooms were rotten and the bun also tasted verybad. Read more
So sad to see this place decline. It?s cold outside, so my family just wanted to grab some food and let the kids play. The... floors were so sticky that we couldn?t even sit in the play area to eat. The play place is almost black from filth. Every tablein there was dirty. Only thing good about the visit was the cookie dough ice cream! Definitely recommend going to the Kimberlyrestaurant, much cleaner! Also just a PSA, if your kid is sick you should stay home. Don?t come to a restaurant and let yourkid cough for 30 min straight all over the toys! Read more
I found something black on my ice cream and it looked like it was moldy. Turns out there was mold in it. And in the ice cream... machine too! It looks fine in the middle but the sides of it has black mold!!!! I?m paying for food that I want to be safe andnot contaminated, but here I am eating a bunch of ice cream that has mold on it!!! I don?t know what the reason is, but thisshould go straight to the Health Department!!!!! Read more
