Stood inside the building for 10 minutes! No one asked to take our order. No one even said a word. And the one manager that was... there was helping the drive through and didn?t bother to acknowledge us standing there. Every single time, without fail, I am waiting at least 15 minutes for my order even if I am the only person in the drive-thru... line. I don?t know what is going on inside but I order on the mobile app to make it quicker yet I still get told to sit in thefront of store and wait for 15 minutes while everyone after me zips through the drive-thru so fast. I asked for everything fresh out of the fryer and for a little extra mayo and onions added to our sandwiches and the cook rolled... his eyes and sighed. Lol but then when we got the sandwiches we could tell that the chicken patties had been re-deep-fried. Theedges were all super brown and crispy and the patties were super full of grease. I don't know how hard it is to see that fries are included in the order.
