I don't know how hard it is to see that fries are included in the order. I appreciate that we need workers in the did service... industry and those that actually pay attention, but something so simple as making sure fries are in the bag when ordered doesn'tseem that difficult.. such a disappointment. Stood inside the building for 10 minutes! No one asked to take our order. No one even said a word. And the one manager that was... there was helping the drive through and didn?t bother to acknowledge us standing there. There wasn?t really workers ?working?and when they did see us walking out, the tried to ask if we were waiting for an order or to order. We said we were waiting toorder but we?d go somewhere else? I love my local BK! The customer service is great! The workers are usually upbeat and friendly. Also....I usually get a comp... meal, so I only pay 50% or less most of the time. Thanks! Read more

Every single time, without fail, I am waiting at least 15 minutes for my order even if I am the only person in the drive-thru... line. I don?t know what is going on inside but I order on the mobile app to make it quicker yet I still get told to sit in thefront of store and wait for 15 minutes while everyone after me zips through the drive-thru so fast. I asked for everything fresh out of the fryer and for a little extra mayo and onions added to our sandwiches and the cook rolled... his eyes and sighed. Lol but then when we got the sandwiches we could tell that the chicken patties had been re-deep-fried. Theedges were all super brown and crispy and the patties were super full of grease. My bun was burnt, the patty was dry, and there was so much ketchup on it that it seemed like they dunked it in a bucket of... ketchup. Also the mozzarella sticks are gross and the woman at the window closed the window on us in the middle of talking toher about my order. The second time I went, there were people handling food after handling money. And I ordered a junior baconcheese burger, and they gave me a burnt burger with no cheese or bacon. Arrived to order the $5 snack box and some other items. First problem was with mobile coupons and rewards. Coupon came up again... after using it the first time. Asked if I could use it again. Woman (who later said she was the manager) said I could. Triedagain, it gave me a code. The woman said it read as an error. I said that's ok. I know some coupon apps will not let you usemulti coupons, even if it's on another order. She then said that actually she's done this before and it wouldn't go. I'm askingmyself why would she say go ahead if she already KNEW it wasn't going to work?? Still, I politely asked if I could use my Crownsin that case. She said yes again. I tried to order the chicken sandwich. Again, a code came up. AGAIN she said it said error. Atfirst she acted as if it was just tough luck for me and she wasn't going to do anything to make it right--even after me showingher where the coupons were waiting in the queue and where it had taken my Crowns. She just said "call corporate". Then shebegrudgingly said she'll tell them to do the sandwich. I move on to the next window so I don't mess up her time when I realize,after all of that trouble, I had forgotten to order a fry. I ask the person at the window if I could have a compensatory smallfry and he says yes. Then he tells me I need to park because the chicken is "coming up fresh". Ok, I figure. There's been a lotof problems, but I will still be polite and not make a big deal out of it. I wait about 4 minutes. The food comes out, but withonly one fry. I feel like if I'm told something by a business person, it should be honored. I go back in to question the lack ofthe fry when the same manager lady from the window comes aggressively towards me asking "Is there a problem??" in a snide way. Brought my family here for lunch before we went shopping. Took over 30 mins to get our food and we were the only ones here also... I observed a female employee go from the line (where food is prepared) to the office in the front with her gloves on touch stuffin the office then jump back on the line and started making food again without washing her hands or changing her gloves. That isdisgusting! Will not be bringing my family here again nor would I recommend anyone come here. Read more
