We eat here at least once a month. the food is great.. sometimes the fries are a little soggy, but if you get the waffle fries... they aren't. I think they could swap out the regular fries a little more often. I really miss their Mushroom burger it was thebest. but all the others are good too.. Read more
Horrible. Customer service was severely lacking. The guy behind the counter didn't greet me at all. He just stared at me until... I started giving him my order. Very uncomfortable. And then to top it off the burgers were cold. Like they had already been madefor someone else. The only thing that was hot and fresh were the french fries. Late night wasn't good. Messed up order after an attitude was given due to a simple question about drink options. Seemed mad... at us cuz we requested that our order get fixed. Their ONLY saving grace was the fresh criss cut fries! Won't be back to thislocation. Read more
What great customer service! They were so happy and helpful! Gave us a free cookie and our pup a puppuccino. Definitely a place... to go when in town. We aren't fast food eaters, but if we go fast food, this is one I'll do. I love the Super Star! If I order for the girls, they... can eat an entire Famous Star each. The employees are so kind which is hard to find these days in this industry. If you're goingto do the fast food experience, I say go to these folks. Fresh produce on their burgers and way better than the golden arches.Eck! And if you're 55 or older, ask for your senior discount. Kudos to Carl's Jr! Read more
