We were here a few months ago and because of Covid, it was drive thru only. The Rock Bop was heavenly. We're back again tonight... and really wanted Dine In, but again drive thru only because of staffing shortage. There were only 2 girls working, but bothwere so delightful and kind. We ordered a Rock Bop, Veggie Bop, and a side of kimchi. There was an error in the Rock Bopspiciness so they made me another, and threw in an order of mandoo. That's the way to bring customers back. Now if onlymanagement would add more staff to make this an even greater Dine In experience (I really would rather not eat my dinner in ahotel room). Read more
Tried Cupbop for the first time, we went through the drive thru and didn't receive all of our cups. I didn't realize until I got... home. I called the restaurant to let them know and the employee I spoke with was very nice and helpful great customer service. Ireceived my other cup, and enjoyed it. Read more

It was so good that I forgot to take a picture. The size of the bowl filled me up and I'm a big guy. Very good selection, I had... the tangy fried chicken with the level 10 hot hot ???????? sauce and it was delicious. My wife had the fried pot stickers withthe level 4 hot sauce and those are some of the best pot stickers we have had. This place is better than Panda Express and wayless greasy than them. Actually there was little to no grease on these meals. You can also ask for the hot sauce on the side butthe idea is to shake it in the bowl to get it all over your meal. 10/10 so far. They also have a loyalty card that they punchfor every bowl ordered. ???? It was so good I wanted to try another item on the menu so I went back the next day. If there was a place for no stars I would have them a 0. I love the CupBop in Logan so was excited to take my nieces to the Twin... Falls store. I placed my order online for a future pick up- which was like in 1 hr. When we got there our food wasn?t ready.When we got home I opened them up - mine was supposed to be vegis and ugly chicken without the noodles. There was no chicken.The vegis looked like day old and burnt. They also stunk. There wasn?t enough sauce in mine to cover my vegis and rice. Thenoodles in the other cups looked gross and didn?t even have any sauce on them! I called an left a message for the Tein Fallsstore but no call back. I called the corporate offices and no one ever answers! So disappointed!! A waste of $30!! Read more
