Placed an order of two pizzas, stuffed cheesy bread, lava cakes and 4 sodas. In the delivery instructions we also requested... crushed red peppers, parmesan and napkins. Upon our contactless delivery we found that we did not receive our lava cakes,peppers, parmesan or napkins as well as both pizzas being very doughy and not sliced all the way through. We called therestaurant and were told that they were closed and that all they could do was give us "free" lava cakes next time we order fordelivery... Which would require an additional item being ordered to even qualify for delivery as well as there being a fee fordelivery of almost $4. I feel we should have been refunded for items we never received as well as for the lack luster pizzas.Essentially we received nothing except an offer of VERY late delivery of what we already paid for AT AN ADDITIONAL COST TO US!This all at 1:30 am and delivery going until 2 am! We were not even offered delivery of what we paid for... Very disappointed inthe response this issue, to have to come out of pocket additional charges to correct their mistakes and poor service isoutrageous. We will go anywhere but Domino's in the future. Me and my family always loved their pizzas. They make it really good and delicious. Especially their wings oh my their so good... and I would really recommend it to anyone who loves to eat pizzas and wings. Thank you. Read more
I usually enjoy the pizza but is this was the exception. Not impressed with the ultimate pepperoni!
The pizza was a pacific veggie and was real good, scrumptious and tasty. The cost was super decent (20$ for a 14? veggie pizza... with standard toppings and 3 extra toppings and 2 garlic dips). The reason for 4 star is the garlic dips were obnoxious eventhough pizza was super. Secondly this was a online order and pickup and we reached there on time given by Domino?s but it took20 minutes extra more than the app time to deliver. Read more
When we went to go and pick up our Pizza . .OH No. .the door was locked , but our pizza order had been confirmed so my husband ... tapped on the door . .thankfully one of the employees seen / heard my husband and had him come around to the side /deliverydoor. .and my husband had informed them that we had a e- gift card to help pay for half the order. .but we couldn't get it towork on the online pizza order app . And the young man tried to input it into the computer system several times as well . .itwould n't take the gift card. So the supervisor informed my husband that since the system wouldn't take the gift card, andwhere we had to wait a few for them to finish up our order. .and since it was closing time for them. .that this order wasComplimentary and no need to worry of payment. .and that our gift card should work just fine next time we come in. .andapologized for any inconveniences . And we thought that the staff and supervisor were really awesome at handling this situation..and we just wanted to say ???? THANK YOU , again FOR THE???? AWESOME???? The service ridiculous, waste of money time and time again! They try pass crusts with ones that are not what you order! The cook... is sloppy and there is not any quality in any of the pizzas made! Burnt Pizza, Burnt Brownies, Half the amount of sauce onboneless specialty chickens, and they ARE old and dry as heck, can hardly chew them.! This order was thrown together so quickand sloppy it was over topped with everything. I want a pizza with the right amount of sauce like I ordered, LIGHT! and Evenamounts of cheese and normal amount of topping that I order! The right amount of those main ingredients are what make a PIZZA aPIZZA! anything else just RUINS IT! I did call in this time to complain, enough is enough, The Manager did make it look veryedible this time and it LOOKS right....the cinnamon twists were excellent, fluffy, soft and delicious! I am Thankful at leastone thing turned out right. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend this place....at least not with the same prep or line cookthey had that time or the last few times either. The first one and the replacement, what a huge difference. We got 2 medium pizzas on the 5.99 for 2 items coupon 2 toppings. What I love about Domino's is that the marinara sauce is wet... and robust. Its not too sweet its not too pasty it feels like someone made that sauce fresh that day from their garden tomatoes.The cheese has a more aged distinctive taste. Their mushrooms were fresh not canned whole slices that wilted like they weregrilled. Their onions were sliced and wonderfully browned and golden with excellent flavor. We had our pizza with the hand madepan pizza crust adding 2 dollars more per pizza but volumewise and flavorfully worth it. It was all done quickly. The boxes werevery nice comparing to many other pizza boxes. Pictured is the mushrooms and special boxes, also the guarantee of 2 layers ofcheese all the way to the edge for less pizza crust waste. ???? Read more
Made the wrong pizza and burned the remake pizza. I had to wait a total of 45 minutes for food I did not really want. I do... appreciate the manager giving me store credit but it is a shame my dinner got ruined. Don?t order cheese-free pizza from here ifyou?re lactose intolerant. It used to come out just fine without cheese but I guess it got changed on how they make the pizzas.It?s a shame there isn?t a specific cook time for a no cheese pizza. Overall sort of a letdown.
