On a day trip from Boise, stopped in to try Garibaldis for lunch. I had chili colorado. Beef was very tender, colorado sauce... was a bit watery and lacked the chili taste that is my favorite part of chili colorado. Overall pretty good. Great service,clean restaurant. The food here is decent. Salsa is delicious. The refried beans were done well. We got pollo asado that came with enchiladas.... Enchilada were done well. Chicken was overcooked. The mangonada Margarita was good. The drink in the clay pot had an orange withmould in it. When we notified the waitress, she was very considerate and understanding about it. She took the drink off our billand gave us a complimentary drink on the house. So 5 stars for service and 4 stars for food. Read more
A lifetime Twin Falls resident recommended this place. His family has eaten here for decades. So in our one night in town we... tried it. Highly recommended. It's now my favorite Mexican place in all of Idaho. Very broad menu. Service is like we wereregulars not first-timers. The other guests were all chatting with strangers at nearby tables: Not people they knew, but justhaving such a good time that they were commenting and laughing together. It was surprising and cool. The salsa is HOT. It alsohas a unique flavor--sort of like oregano. I'm no expert. But it was different and delicious. Read more
