Placed an order on Doordash. Keep in mind they have delivered to my apartment multiple times from this location. For some reason... this day they decided that they didn?t want to deliver my food. I received a call from a very rude manager (female), I?massuming it?s the GM here. She told me she was cancelling my order due to it being outside of their delivery radius, but like Isaid before they had delivered multiple times before to this location. So she lied. She explained that she would void out theorder and that I needed to contact Doordash to get my refund and quickly hung up the phone. Here I am a week later with norefund, and this is now the second time this has happened to me. I?ve gotten no refund and I?m out $35 between those two orders,completely ridiculous. Read more

literally the absolute worst service I?ve ever received in my entire life, as well as some of the rudest staff I?ve ever dealt... with. they charged me, said it was out for delivery, and neglected to call me when I wasn?t in their delivery range.
