Placed an order on Doordash. Keep in mind they have delivered to my apartment multiple times from this location. For some reason... this day they decided that they didn?t want to deliver my food. I received a call from a very rude manager (female), I?massuming it?s the GM here. She told me she was cancelling my order due to it being outside of their delivery radius, but like Isaid before they had delivered multiple times before to this location. So she lied. She explained that she would void out theorder and that I needed to contact Doordash to get my refund and quickly hung up the phone. Here I am a week later with norefund, and this is now the second time this has happened to me. I?ve gotten no refund and I?m out $35 between those two orders,completely ridiculous. Read more

literally the absolute worst service I?ve ever received in my entire life, as well as some of the rudest staff I?ve ever dealt... with. they charged me, said it was out for delivery, and neglected to call me when I wasn?t in their delivery range. And when Iasked them why they didn?t call to let me know or call and have the other store take over it, the guy, who is a guy I knewpersonally and doesn?t like me because he?s VERY bad in bed and I wouldn?t go that route with him if my life depended on it,told me I had to make that call if I wanted the help. stupid Harley ??????????? If they ever get my order right I'll change my rating, but my last 5 orders have been messed up in some way or another. I order... from them as a last resort if I forgot my lunch for work. They keep adding cheese or toppings on sandwiches that do not havethem, or forget condiments, straws, and napkins. I would understand if it was "freaky fast" and they were rushing here, butthey're no faster than anywhere else. Read more

The store was very clean and it wasn?t busy at all. There were several tables closed off to make sure people are social... distancing. The chips and cookies are off the shelves to keep people from touching them and to reduce contact. The menu wasclear and easy to read. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the Christmas tree made out of chip boxes. Thesandwiches were great and exactly as we ordered them. Had a free cookie as a reward and was offered it immediately.
