The service was terrible. We weren't greeted, and we stood at the counter waiting for our orders to be taken for almost 10... minutes. They forgot part of our order as well and were very standoffish and cold, clearly not happy to see us there. However, they make a reaaalllll good sandwich. I'd get it to go. Read more

We?ve been so disappointed with this Kneaders. We got a $6 slice of cheesecake that was put upside down in the box and all... messed up. The manager training the cashier was awful and rude. She had her phone the whole time and continued to text and lookat Instagram behind the counter as customers were being helped. Read more

Walked in at 11:20 today and waited patiently while multiple workers walked by and did not acknowledge our presence. Then when... the person finally stepped up to the register, she didn?t greet us. We began to order and they don?t have cranberry sauce. Theyhad to ask each other if cranberry was available on the headset and the person standing next to her answered no. Customerservice leaves a lot to be desired at this location. The least you can do is say hello to folks who spend their hard earnedmoney at your establishment. Read more

Expensive but very good unique food. We got it all, drinks, soups ( mine was Artichoke Portobello), Hazel Nut Multi grain... sandwich, bread bowl, raspberry tarts, eclairs... We even took home a loaf of cinnamon bread. The restaurant itself is beautifuland pleasant. The only shortcoming, was no fallow up service or check after delivery to the table. Read more

I understand they get busy, and I LOVE their food, but I consistently have issues when ordering online for pickup or... delivery. Most recent was today, made an order for two soups online around 12:20pm, it said it would be ready 12:32pm, I arrivedabout 12:38pm, and stood there for literally 20 minutes for my pick up order? and part of that wait was because they were out ofone of the soups in my order and it seems it wasn?t ready before I got there. Really defeats the purpose of an online order ifI?m able to order things that aren?t available, and completely futile to make a pickup order in hopes to be quick on a limitedlunch time. Read more

Seriously over priced!! We each had a sandwich, decided we would split a bowl of soup and just water to drink! $33.00!!!! The... food itself was mediocre at best. We didn't even eat the soup it was so off-putting. Never again! Read more

Surprised by all they bake, and how light (& proper) their ciabbata and hearty rye are. But their Irish Stew special with soda... bread really knocked me for a loop: so flavorful, not at all weirdly sweet. They did forget my strawberry jam but they'reforgiven. I'm going back to buy a vintage apron... And chocolate-covered strawberries. Read more
