I I'm deeply disappointed in my order and the customer service that we received. My coworkers and I ordered several pizzas... online. When my husband got there to pick it up they said they had no record of it, so our order was wrong when we received it.Then on top of it he had to pay for the order that was already paid for therefore we got double charged. To make matters worsemy pizza wasn't even cut so I had to tear it so I can eat it. I will not be ordering from there ever again!! Read more
45 minute wait. Ordered online an hour in advance. Pizza sat on the counter for a fat minute. Used to be a loyal customer but... until they can get efficiency and service figured out i will avoid going there. Read more
The crew that worked when I ordered rocks! They know how to make a pizza. We are all over the country and have eaten at many... Little Caesar?s and somehow we always get the thin crust even though it?s not what we ordered. We had the original pepperonipizza with extra cheese and it was delicious. Cheesy, hot, and the crust was perfect. Also had an order of the stuffed crazybread and I wished I would have ordered more! Placed our order online and it said 30-35 minutes and it was ready about 10minutes early which was perfect timing as we were pulling in at the same time the email was delivered to us. The employees are very nice and helpful,but it's terrible how their corporate treats there employees there is no air... conditioning in the summer only fans and they are working in there with all those ovens and expected to make pizzas at a fastrate while they are batteling heat exhaustion with sweat probably dripping into the pizza and bribed into wearing a mask for adollar extra per hour which makes things hotter. I observed these poor loyal employees with bright red faces soaked hair andsweat soaked clothing trying to manage in extreme temps. Some employers will get away with whatever they can including abusivework conditions and uncomfortable bribes , this location needs to change what they consider a proper work atmosphere for livingpeople who could perform better if they were kept comfortable so I'm giving this location a 4 star because the employees deservea pat on the back but the owner needs to step up and take care of there employees. Prices are hard to beat. Pizza is super hit and miss. Sometimes its superb, crust has been well cooked, toppings are on point,... and they dont drench the pizza in sauce. Sometimes its exactly the opposite. The crust is super thin and almost looks like itsnot been cooked long enough, toppings are sparce, or they forget requested items. If they could hire and maintain a good crewwho cares about what they do id change my review but until then it is what it is. Read more
for the price, you can't find a hotter and fresher Pizza. the only downfall is the location is extremely dirty, like the door... when you walk up to it has grease all over it and it's almost scary to touch. I mentioned something about it to one of theemployees and they just Shrugged it off. I love little caesars, but I hate going inside the location on Blue Lakes Boulevardbecause of how dirty the door handles and glass and hard surfaces are.. if you can get over that, best pizza for your dollar. The amount of time it took to be delivered was very unreasonable and to make matters worse my pizza was very burnt almost... inedible I couldn?t even take it abart very well. If I could give zero stars I would. This place uses to be so good. Don?t wasteyour money here like I did. Will not be ordering again from this location. Read more
The only complaint there needs to be more meat on the meat lovers pizza. I basically paid for a meat lovers to get a pepperoni... instead. It had a little sprinkle of bacon and 8 pieces of sausage. Other then that we love little ceasers Read more
