I was getting gas at the store on blue lakes Blvd when my finger caught in the nozzle mechanization creating an injury. I went... inside to see if they had a sink to wash my finger off. The manager Jennifer was so kind as she bandaged my finger and set me upwith a drink and a cookie while I waited for help to unlock my car; I'd left my keys in the console and locked the doors beforecoming in. I love Maverick! But this one has very unfriendly staff. Two checkers were working, one gentleman ignored everyone and the... other stood there the whole time with a rude smirk on her face. I asked a question, all I got was the smirk. When she gave memy change she kept the smirk on her face and I quite loudly said Thank You! Not sure they knew the meaning of customerservice!!! Never going to come to this place again. I went in to put some gas but I didn't have much money with me $11. But when I asked to... get that on my pump the guy working the register asked me if I was serious. I felt so judged by him and like no I don't alwayshave enough to fill my tank. And I've worked at gas station where people sometime pay like $2 for gas and I've never judge thembecause I don't know them. Super fun and beautiful artwork in here! Stop and look at real 3D art and displays. You forget it's the lowest priced quality... gas in town, and find yourself wanting to take a road trip! I've been in Maverick gas stations all over the west, and this oneis a stand out! It's worthy of attraction status. Come for the gas, the clean bathrooms, the well stocked snacks, coffee, icecream, milkshakes you make yourself! Crazy amazing fun here for a snack stop in its own, top it off with this art and you can'thelp but leave grinning ear to ear. Staff here is friendly and helpful! I got a mini tour of the art, "check out the snake inthe hall, it stares at you no matter where you are!" I was having a down day and got a lift up from this place I would havenever expected. ????
