On a Sunday morning, the food was very good and the service was great. I didn't get one of the items I ordered so the person... handing out the food hurried and made sure i was satisfied. got 4 cheeseburgers, all of them had the bottom buns on both sides. ordered two 1/4 pounders, only got one. asked for sauce,... didn?t get it. i called to explain i do not live in twin, while talking to me the lady who answered was talking to someone elseat the same time. kept telling me to come back or have my name written down even when i explained i don?t get mcdonald?s thatmuch and surely won?t be there in the 2 week time period she gave me. she was rude while talking and ended up giving me anattitude. 0/10 Read more
I've been to this location before and usually they are nice and do a good job but the past few times I've gone the drive thru... guy with the mullet has been rude and doesnt listen to us before he moves us along. End up getting the wrong order Read more

Had to re-state our order four times which explain why we had to wait in line for a half an hour in the drive-through. When we... got there we got a chocolate shake so called that was vanilla with a bunch of chocolate syrup dumped at the bottom. Ask them totake it back they took it back and brought it with an explanation of how it actually was chocolate but didn?t redo it, thenafter driving away they got the chicken sandwich wrong and the cheeseburgers were rubber will never come to Twin FallsMcDonald?s again!
