Food was absolutely amazing. Service was not. As a previous server, I get it, there can be a rush. You couldve gotten bad news.... You couldve just had a bad shift. But you should NEVER disrespect your customers, we were kind, said thank you, please, cleanedup the best we could. But our food was delivered by another waitress, our drinks were empty for a good while. And getting adessert slammed onto a table when talking to the manager, yeah. Not cool. I didn't take pictures of my lovely steak because my phone was in the car charging, but oh man, I really should have gone to get... it! For a strip mall - chain restaurant, this place was really good. Service was so helpful and nice. I changed tables twicebecause I'm a weirdo and they didn't even get slightly annoyed with me. Parking lot looked as if the restaurant was busy. Was able to walk in, no wait and get a table right away. Our waitress was... super nice, friendly and took our orders right away. I took my husband for his birthday his favorite is steak and lobster. The lobster we got looked like a shriveled piece of old... rubber, and tasted as much. It’s the worst feeling too have to point out this to the staff seriously who thinks bringing out alobster looking like that is ok. At this point my husband did not want it anymore, my steak was now cold. They brought outlobster tails cooked as they should have been. Thanks but it was just a totally bad experience. Read more
Just ranking the food I would say 4 stars- it was pretty good. Our waiter was great and very friendly. The staff responsible for... cleaning were not very busy to say the least. The music coffee was definitely for the younger employees. Women's bathroom wasnot clean smelled like a straight up full septic tank. There is obviously a plumbing issue that needs to be dealt with or justventilation. I hope it can get better. Read more
Very friendly and professional service. The waiter even had a sense of humor to give us a personal touch. The food portions are... definitely plentiful, the hamburgers are stacked high and the blooming fried chicken breast was nothing short of amazing. Don’t leave your car unlocked in the parking lot or your car might become culturally enriched! This was an awful experience... that I’d only expect to encounter in Chicago, Detroit, or Atlanta. I came in on a weekday during the afternoon for a quickbite and a drink. The bartender I had was fantastic, but unfortunately the cooks in the back were more interested in blastingtheir vulgar jungle beats than cooking food. All I could hear as I was sitting at the bar waiting for my food was the blaringmud possum music coming from the back that overpowered any music in the lobby (see/listen to the video). The food was incrediblymediocre for being one of two people in the restaurant. Frankly, the quality of food is no surprise considering the diversityhires that Outback Steakhouse has brought into the kitchen. I would literally pay NOT to eat here. Read more
