Stopped here for lunch while we were staying in Twin Falls. It was a Saturday. We were seated very quickly and the waitress gave... us our drinks quickly. Understaffed but the staff that was there was working hard and getting the job done. Because of that, half the store was closed... and their was a wait on a Sunday afternoon. It looked like they were training new people and some people had been called inbecause they weren't in uniform. When I was in the restaurant business there were restrictions on hair being pulled back. But Iguess when you are understaffed you lighten up. The music was loud and a bit obnoxious for lunch so if you want to talk that'sprobably not the place to go. But if you want to watch football, there were plenty of TVs. I got the chicken teriyaki sandwich with bottomless garlic fries with call for doing sauce. It was all very delicious. I... especially liked that a lot of things were bottomless. Hello?went there last night (party of 3) specifically because of the the limited deal of $10 for burger + fries + drink . We... asked the waitress about it so she knew this was what we wanted. She said something about needing to order a soft drink or teaas the drink to get the deal. I ordered a beer and of course was not expecting to get a free beer but because I didn?t ?order?a soft drink she didn?t give me the $10 deal! The 1st bill did not have a discount for any of our 3 orders (the other 2 ordershad soft drink) so she adjusted those 2 to the correct price but not mine presumably because I didn?t ?order? a soft drink ortea. After complaining she adjusted that order as well. Otherwise I will say the service was fast and the food was good. Just don?t like the bait and switch going on here. Read more

Food was Red Robin quality, hot and fresh! Like any restaurant since covid, could have used a couple more employees especially a... server. There was a person who was in the middle and definitely over worked. Took 10 minutes to get fry sauce and an extranapkin.. No reason to not return and enjoy. I'll just ask ahead for these items. The worse ever. All I ordered was steamed broccoli. When it came it was rotten in the middle of the stalk. Asked for a new order... it never came. My son in law s hamburger was cold in his burger. He sent it's back. The fried zucchini was literally breading.We asked three different people for a knife to cut our burgers. Never came we used a fork. The kids meal was fine.
