The last three times I?ve gone to sonic when they have the special on their corn dogs for $.50. Whoever is on Mike was very rude... to me and told me that it would be 15 to 8 minutes for me to get corn dogs. I find it very strange that they tell me that everytime I go there. I know how long it takes to cook a corn dog I?ve worked in fast food. She was very rude and did not want togive me my order. But I told her I wanted them. And lo and behold they got them to me before eight or 15 minutes. She needs tobe spoken to you about her attitude I don?t believe I will return again. Read more
We stopped in tonight to order dinner on our way out of town. We pushed the button to order and we were ignored. We sat there... for a bit waiting and one car hop came out, walked past us to deliver an order and went back in. Someone inside made eye contactwith me out the window and we were still ignored. We finally gave up and left through the drive thru side. There were 6employees sitting outside smoking! I understand needing a break, but 6 people all at the same time and at the expense ofcustomers in inexcusable. This review is coming from someone who has worked food service for almost 16 years. So I love sonic food. And I know there usually busy and understaffed. But I just went thru the drive through literally 0 cars... and no one in the drive up menus and they told me it would take 20 minutes. What takes so long when I'm literally the onlycostumer. Read more

I went to Sonic for lunch, and as I was trying to order the girl on the speaker phone was very rude. She would interrupt me... everytime I tried to order. Then the food came out cold my wife took our burgers back in and they did make it right. It's one ofour favorite places to go, but it has to be better than what we have been getting the last 3 times we have been there. Read more
