2 days ago one guy working at counter and drive through was very busy 1/2 hour wait or better. This kid was working very hard... and the wait was no fault of his own that would be managements fault for putting this guy under way to much stress. There wasanother employee kicking back eating lunch watching the show. Read more

I have never in my years of being on this planet have walked into a establishment where the staff is this rude. I asked to speak... to the manager and apparently the manager won't be in until 4 days later all the mean while this place is being run by childrenwith no shift lead or supervisor. How are you going to run a establishment when you have to be told when to pick up your room?While getting this information (over the phone) there was snickering and snide comments to heard on the other end of the line. Ihonestly have no one to blame besides whoever it is that owns this place. What a disgusting display of customer service andgeneral respect for the customer. The employees won't provide their name's or the name of the management and the only way Icould get a refund was to contact a different subway, absolutely mind blowing, this place needs to get it's stuff together orjust move out so I don't have to look at it anymore. To all those looking for a subway, I highly recommend finding one elsewhere that isn?t this location. The girl that took my... order was rude and questioned the things I was asking her to do for my sandwich in a condescending manner. The same girl and asecond coworker were not wearing their hair tied back or with a hair net which is a guideline I know for a fact is strictlyenforced by the health department for food safety as i work with food myself. Not to mention anyone who works in a foodestablishment has to have a food handlers certification that highlights that?s. In addition, I would be curious to know whatthere health department grade is, as they lack the ability to keep the store clean. Save yourself the trouble, I feel very badfor the owner of this establishment who has employees that make it so customers don?t return. Read more

I hadn't gone to this one for a while so I thought I'd give them another shot. They couldn't hear me until the 5th time I asked... if I could just pull up and order. The kid at the window looked really unhappy and apparently has a hearing problem. Both of thefootlongs I purchased didn't have half the stuff I asked for and the turkey was extremely bland. Worst customer service I'vedealt with in a while. I will never go back there again. :( Read more

Staff was rude and EXTREMELY slow. The blonde haired boy there wouldn't pay attention to anything when I would answer his... questions, where he had to continuously ask me the same question multiple times. I got there at 4:30 and didn't leave until5:00. After I paid I said thank you and he slammed the door closed, no thank you, have a good day nothing. Opened my sandwichand the veggies weren't even in the sandwich, they were wrapped around the bread, the paper was the only thing holding them in. Read more
