Really good (new) customer service. A short guy with long hair and glasses helped me. he, unlike the other people i?ve... experienced in the past, was very kind and helpful! Ordered a sandwich with double meat and the thieving worker who made it decided to make it with no meat at all
Went in to order, the cook cut his hand, and then went in the back leaving the sandwich on the counter, the next cook wasn't... going to switch out the sandwich or paper that the other kid cut his hand on, she asked me what I wanted on the sandwich, I toldher she needed to switch it out, another customer saw it and told her again she needed to switch out the sandwich, Watch whatyou get there, To the manager get better employees, and sterilize the area. I had a terrible service yesterday at 7:20 pm. There was two customers in front of me that were able to use the oven. Then when... it was my turn they said that the oven was turn off? That would be the last time I would have a sandwich from there. Read more

I placed an online order and was disappointed with several things. When I arrived, my order was ready and waiting which was... great. Well my drink had no ice and was warm. I grabbed my stuff and walked over to the soda machine to discover there was noice in the machine. I didn?t want to drink a warm soda, so I waited around for a few minutes to ask an employee if they wouldhave more ice soon. To my surprise, there was no employee to be found even after waiting around. I decided to just leave becauseit wasn?t a huge deal. Well when I went to eat my food, my sandwich was missing several things. Specifically, I was upset thatmy sandwich didn?t have bacon or cheese. I wasn?t going to drive all the way back to the store, so I dealt with the mistake.Then when I went to eat my cookies, they were rock hard from being over cooked. I was definitely disappointed.
