We've been here several times now, and we love their sushi, it's tasty and fresh! I purchased a house specialty last time, the... Golden Salmon, and it did not disappoint! The piece of salmon was a bit smaller than I thought but the sauce it was covered inwas very tasty and the salmon was cooked very nice nicely and not dry like most other places I've tried. My least favorite sushi restaurant I?ve ever been to. We came here because it?s the only AYCE sushi in Twin Falls. Not fresh.... Quality was ????????. Fried noodles and chicken were swimming in oil as well. Not a 1-star, because it?s not possible for sushito be categorized that low. Read more
23 April 2022=Probably the most authentic Japanese food experience you can get in the magic Valley right here. The 4x4 table we... had was terribly off balance, that needs fixed asap. I also wish the menu was a little easier to understand, I didn't see aprice any where for the unlimited sushi option... Yummy chicken bento box meal and sushi for dinner. More clear labeling ofveggie and vegan options would be nice. Menus should also be wiped down along with the tables, floors, and chairs between newguests. Super efficient check system, just walked around the table and knocked out each payment easy on the spot. Thanks foryour patience in our group getting out of there slowly, it was my friend's birthday. I'll be back! Large portions, only do oneroll at a time or you might be trashing half your meal! Very rarely do I get a piece of fish with too much ocean to it from Sushi Ya. The quality exceeds my standards for sushi 99% of... the time. They cycle through ingredients fast enough that you'll pretty much always get the freshest sushi in town, and eventheir pricing beats out the rest. All you can eat so you never leave unsatisfied.
