Typical BK food and service and quality was standard
Out of lots of items on the menu. Food was good, but I couldn't get what I really wanted.
We've always had good service at the Twin Lakes BK. Update: I think covid has taken a toll on a lot of fast food places.... Staffing seems to be a big challenge. Hours have been cut, and several times lately our food has not been prepared as requested.But we haven't been disappointed enough to stop going there! Read more
Worst BK around. Blue haired neck tattooed pseudo emplyees open late, close early and very clearly dont care about anything.... Shame on the owner and manager. Its the worst and its been that way for a long time. Read more
I like to leave the benefit of the doubt before I get all worked up about 1 bad experience but I've been to this location... numerous times and it's getting worse. Food is always wrong, never puts the sauce in the bag. It's like a bunch of buddies fromschool are hanging out and occasionally handing out food. If I worked like this when I worked fast food, I would've been firedon the spot, but oh I guess you can't get fired when there is never a manager around either. Be that person and make sureeverything is in the bag before you drive away from the window cuz if you end up having to walk in chances are they'll ignoreyou. Terrible Read more
Worse experience ever!! Got the order wrong 4x times. We called because we were missing food and they still got the replacement... wrong. They made our food with there bare hands no gloves or nothing. We went in and they hid from us and were very rude to us.They had food uncovered and my food had brown lettuces on it. Just nasty! The morning and afternoon drive thru crew Tim, Kayla and Deena, don?t get the appreciation they deserve. They are the managers... and longtime employees. Service is excellent. Food is great! The Whopper is the best burger in the last 50+ years! Read more
Everything was good. I tried the breakfast burrito meal for 2 and jalapeño poppers. I would recommend that the poppers be put... on the burrito instead of the hash rounds. It would taste more like a burrito. Read more
