I've been to this location a handful of times, service is usually very slow for the drive-thru, even if you're the only person... waiting. Today, I stopped to get a box of Munchkins, which took nearly 10 minutes and I was the only car waiting. I ordered amixed box, but it appeared they were not prepared. They gave me a box of plain donut holes, half with powdered sugar the otherhalf 100% plain. A better customer service would have been to advise me they only had donuts made for powdered sugar batch. ThenI could have made another selection? The girl working the drive thru had forgotten what I ordered at one point. I'm done withthis location. It's been disappointing every time. Read more
These little $ 15 / hr wannabes, can't even fill a cup of coffee full. Then the manager says thats how she trains them. So... everybody know, this Dd franchise, cheats all coffee customers. Do not go to this DD. They train to scam you. Read more
If I could rate them higher I would give them a 10! The inside is always clean, I get the best customer service from every... employee! Bravo to the hiring manager! I know people like to joke that Dunkin Donuts is consistently hit or miss, and I have definitely had that experience at many a... DD. But this location knocks it out of the park every single morning. Two straight weeks of getting coffee and it is a 10/10every single time. Everyone is so great, when I go inside to pick up my order the employees are always friendly and happy. Theconsistency in my morning coffee is excellent, and I don?t know what I would do without this location as my literal lifeline. Read more

I placed my order in the drive thru at 6:31am for a Iced Matcha Latte and a Cookie Cold Foam Cold Brew and was ?greeted? by... Jordan with a nasty ?I don?t want to be there? attitude (I get it, it?s early and your first cup of coffee hasn?t kicked in?Idon?t need to hear that though). I went ahead and placed my order ending my conversation with how her attitude is less to bedesired (the nice version of what I ACTUALLY said) came to the window, paid for my order, and she told me that she?ll be rightback. She closed the window and told her co worker something as she pointed to the window and left. Her coworker was JUST ascheerful and delighted to be there but at LEAST she didn?t have to say anything to me (if you can?t say anything nice I guess).I?ll avoid this place next time and just give Starbucks my money.
