They need to pay attention. They put the wrong ingredients on my sandwich and I wouldn?t have made a big deal about it but then... they sent me home with a completely wrong sandwich! Then I called and they said they couldn?t remake it because they were?closing?. Even though store hours had them open for another 10 minutes. I?m never the kind to show up right before closing at arestaurant, but when they screw up, they should own it and try to correct it. Their response was ?I can leave a note and you cancome by tomorrow for the right sandwich or some shit?. They just need to pay attention. Read more
