I wouldn't even give one star. I showed up at 11:23pm (lunch hour) to messages hand written on the windows and the drive thru... being an obstacle course. The lady at the window was rude and wouldn't take my order saying the drive thru was also down. Sothe lobby and the drive thru were down and you can't take a order at the pickup window? No one answered when we called "hello" at the drive thru. No one home? Finally I drove to the next window. The youth staff... thought it funny and we're watching and listening to our discomfort and conversation while we were unsure what to do. Theytreated us as a fish in their bowl. I would like to give them a better rating but they would have to be open to do that. They are always closed before they... schedule hours. If they can?t stay open, then just change the hours. However, if your not open at dinner time, you shouldjust shut down. Read more
Stopped when passing through and likely will not visit again. While our order was correct, the curly fries were cold and roast... beef was dry with hardened edges. My Beef N' Cheddar tasted like some kind of burnt something or other I don't even know. Ichose three stars because we ordered for 5 people and all items were indeed correct. (a rare drive-thru experience these days)The bad part is all of us either wasted bad food or just dealt with what we could handle. Lobby was closed and it was not worthgoing around and waiting in the drive-thru again. I ended up stopping elsewhere in our drive later to get the kids more food.Very disappointing as Arby's is our go-to for fast food chains due to their generally good quality and service. Read more

Their store hours are a joke. They need to correct that they're never open till 9:00 p.m. ever anymore. I've tried to go through... the drive-thru two times this week at 6:30 p.m. both times they were closed. If it's staffing issues then fix your hours or openlater and be open for dinner. Read more
Without exception, this is the very best Arby's anywhere!!! I have eaten at Arby's in more than 15 states over many years and... none come close! The staff is always cheerful and very helpful, food is always freshly made and delicious and delivered timelyeating in or driving through. I received the wrong sandwiches, the sandwiches were not only wrong, but were poorly made. I did not realize this until I got... all the way back home. I tried calling the number to speak with a manager, but the phone was off the hook.
