Ashley was very helpful in our initial planning discussions. Everything we discussed was taken care of and there was zero... stress during the event thanks to her efforts. Our server, Aimee, was fantastic! She was very accommodating in helping usbring in the gifts we had for our guests, was very attentive to everyone during the cocktail hour and orchestrated a fabulouspresentation of the meals to everyone at the same time. She was even kind enough with her time to tell us a little bit aboutBlue Canyon and encouraged us to come back to visit the patio (when it's warmer!) Great food. Great service. Greatexperience. My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception in the Terrace room. It was perfect for our small 18 person group. The... planning team was very responsive in the months leading up to the big day, and answered all my questions. The day of the event, the team was amazing serving all of my guest food and beverages. Food was amazing, no hungry or disappointed guests. The groundsare pretty so we were able to take our wedding photos outside on the property. If you are having a small event, this is such aneasy choice! You won't be disappointed. Read more

I recently Hosted My Client Appreciation & 10 Year Real Estate/ Business Anniversary event together at the Blue Canyon... Twinsburg. The Ambience, Food & Service was absolutely phenomenal. My Clients & Guests contacted me after the event & lovedeverything about the event especially, the food. I was going to choose another venue originally but decided to call the BlueCanyon instead. Ashley & the Blue Canyon team exceeded every expectation I had from planning to finish. I did not have to worryabout anything Ashley handled all the planning & setup. I am already considering the Blue Canyon Twinsburg for my futureevents. Thank You Blue Canyon for making this event so memorable.?? Sincerely Mia Brown Broker/ Owner Mia Brown Realty Read more

I just love this place. Slightly higher end price for more than high end food. The chefs here truly know what they're doing.... Visually stunning on top of the great flavor combinations. Nothing on the menu will ever disappoint. They will go out of theirway for any special occasion. Always great service. Read more

I hosted a Baby Shower for my Daughter-in-law in the Terrace Room at Blue Canyon. I worked with Ashley Bakewell as my... coordinator; she was wonderful to work with, great at communicating and answering questions and concerns. The food wasdelicious, and the portions were very generous. The servers were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The Terrace Room hadjust been renovated and it was beautiful and perfect for the shower. I was overwhelmed with compliments!! Read more

Simply blow away by the entire experience. The staff is friendly and curtious. The food is amazing and looks the part too. The... decor and vibes of the entire restaurant just make you feel like you are at a lodge in the mountains. I recommend any datenight, anniversary or just drinks at the bar even if it is only once you have to allow yourself the experience. Don't thinktwice, just go!!!!! Read more

For an upscale restaurant, the aesthetic is not what you would think is normal for an upscale restaurant (think log cabin resort... type feel, complete with fireplaces and pictures of cowboys and ranchers), but it fits and is perfect for a fancy or formaldinner. Most upscale restaurants I feel out of place and awkward as a middle-class 29 year old, but that was not the case here. It’s not a casual date night place; I would only go here for special occasions. My husband and I went for an early anniversarycelebration and last nice date before our first baby arrives. The food is pricey, but it’s worth it! The flavors are intenseand not what you think of traditionally. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, which had a peanut curry glaze and coleslaw(note—appetizers here serve maybe two to three people maximum! The serving sizes are smaller but are just enough for themeal.) Then I tried the salmon, which had a root beer glaze (sounds odd but it was really tasty!) I also tried the warm applecider, which was served in a wine glass with cinnamon sugar lining the top of the glass. Then my husband had the wagyu steak, which was the best he had ever had, and he loved his Kentucky Tailgate Punch (it was a bourbon cocktail). Staff was friendly andaccommodating, although I think our waitress could have checked on our table just a little more than she did. Overall greatexperience! Read more
