Overall a decent experience: the food was tasty, nice atmosphere and clean, they had lotion and perfume sorry in the bathroom... which I thought was pretty cool. The service I can't fully say was good though. They do currently have a sign on the door togive a heads up that they're short staffed... I get it everyone is right now, but I'm a patient person so no biggie. We askedanother server who made regularly made his rounds for refills twice since ours was mia. The server we had was just not attentiveto us and gave more time to his other tables, occupied or empty lol. Which is ironic because we got a cocktail and appetizer anda dessert... Which means a bigger bill and better tip ??????? Even after we've been waiting around and after we were able to askfor the check, he proceeded to walk over and clear a large party's, now empty tables instead of just bringing our boxes and thecheck and then cleaning. We watched as he stacked up plates, organized silverware and stacked glasses before going into thekitchen ...was a little strange to see that someone in the service industry who would do that. But kudos to the other server whopitched in for someone else's tables and the helpers that brought our food out too. Read more
We try to stay away from ?chain? restaurants as we travel the country. This place was FABULOUS! Fresh, hot, wonderfully... seasoned food with a fantastic atmosphere! The atmosphere was nice. The food was pretty good. Waitress - outstanding. Pricey but I would return for a date night.
For something that is listed as fine dining, this was not a pleasant experience for us especially when it was a birthday... celebration. My husband and I are repeat customers of this restaurant but not any more. Our server rushed us out. She broughtour 2 appetizers, drinks and 2 main course dishes at the same time and we were done with dinner in 35 minutes. She needs someserious training about good service as she took away my plate even when I was still eating and I had to ask her to bring backthe ketchup. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with asking us how we were doing, it does not make sense when she got alldishes at the same time and then just kept coming back and removed our appetizer plates while we were still eating. There wereonly two other tables being served before we reached there and they were still dining when we left. There is nothing good to sayabout the taste of the food when the server does not understand the difference between an appetizer and main course. She cannotcomplain about the tip despite this being an unpleasant experience for us. $120 for 35 minutes is not cheap but next time wewill definitely go somewhere else to celebrate our day. Fantastic menu and incredible food. I was impressed. I like how they offered many off the menu daily specials. Loved the candles... at the tables, even during lunch time. The only upset was the cocktail menu. It was very basic. Overall, we had a wonderfullunch. Iris was awesome too! Read more
They were extremely accommodating, considering we showed up suddenly with 15 people. The atmosphere was really nice, and the... food was tasty. The waiter was patient with our big group. Bathroom was clean and parking was fine. Read more
The service was top-notch. The beef tips, which I highly recommend, were cooked to perfection. So tender you could cut them with... a fork. My only complaint was the beer glass. Too small. The long Island I had was made perfectly as well. I'll be back soon!!! Read more
