Panera has decent quality ingredients, but makes healthy eating a near impossibility. For a place with so many salad, soup and... sandwich options, good luck finding vegetarian and vegan options with any kind of variety. It's a poor combination of a lot ofingredients, and I would just about go anywhere else. Read more
AWFUL LOCATION. THE FEMALE manager here should be fired! They are watering down their cold brew coffee concentrate and I suppose... they think customers won't notice? It went from a 50:50 water to brew concentrate ratio to a 65:35 water to concentrate. Iwatched the mngr do it myself and instruct the employees that this is now how they are doing it. The coffee tasted like water.Absolutely awful. Also they filled almost my entire cup with ice and very little coffee. When I told the manager I would like afull cup of coffee she rolled her eyes and refused! Plus whoever made the pizza made a total mess. They basically dumped all theingredients onto one of the pieces of barely cut pizza and left such a disaster of sauce in the box it got all over my hands. Ordered green goddess Cobb salad with chicken and there is zero chicken on my salad. Awesome way to spend $12. First off. It took 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered. Then they charged me extra for avocado, which I asked for, but... they didn?t but it on my sandwich. They were moving so slow and it made me late. And my sandwich was missing the top part andthe meet on half of it. Not happy Read more
Grabbed my order from an in cafe rapid pick-up shelf, came home with wrong contents, no sesame bagels but with plain ones, a... mistake shouldn?t happened in this kind of services. Very disappointed. Read more
Wow, it was disappointing. Came here to grab a breakfast. Cashier was very rude, no 'hi', no 'have a nice day' ? only 'okey'.... And on top of it my favorite bacon souffle where severely overcooked, almost black. So I get cheese souffle instead and it wasraw in the center. Very bad day start. Read more
