Romeo's pizza is my family's favorite pizza place in the nearby area. They are usually quick, and have always gotten the order... correct. We always order a Stromboli no cheese and they haven't messed it up in the 20+ times we've ordered it. Read more

Ordered 3 vegetable Stromboli this past Monday. SO disappointed! The bottom was burnt to charcoal. That's $35 I'll never see... again. My first visit. Not a very good first impression. First time trying out this pizza joint. It was pretty good. They said they messed up one of my pizzas. I was surprised they even... mentioned it. They definitely earned my future business by letting me know and handling the situation very professionally. Veryrare to have this happen with businesses nowadays. Glad there are still some good ones still. Definitely hit up this place forsome good food and awesome service. The pizza is often good but this location isn?t managed well. Notice I said ?often?. It?s hit and miss. You can order pepperoni... and not always get it. Then, instead of taking responsibility for their error their response was ?we?ll take the pepperonicharge off?. I had to argue the. Wait for them to make what I ordered?. Then wait another 25 minutes!!!! They also had aproblem with their credit card reader, charged me twice. No one has yet to return my phone call!!! Been a week!!! If you cantolerate 7 or 8 out of 10 order being correct try it, but if you expect any level of professionalism, go elsewhere. Read more
