Before covid, this place was a regular stop on my lunch rotation throughout the week. Today, that most definitely changed. I?ve... been told for YEARS that all breakfast flatbreads HAVE to be toasted and I?ve never questioned it. Today, I thought I?d tryordering using the app. I have no idea what is so different ordering on the app vs ordering in store, but the bacon egg andcheese flatbread I ordered was STONE COLD. The egg was cold, the bacon was cold, everything tasted like it was fresh out of therefrigerator. I only took 3 bites and threw it away. Only had a half hour for lunch so I didn?t have time to take it back. Notonly was it a waste of money, but here it is 8 hours later and I feel TERRIBLE. I am literally sick. It?s the only thing I ateall day so it?s pretty easy to narrow down what it could be. This location is so convenient for me too. I frequently visit this subway for a lunch. The food is always fresh and good. The Staff however, is generally irritable and... grumpy. One time I walked in for an early lunch, and the gal looked at me and muttered angrily, "it's gonna be a while, I have ahuge phone order I'm going to start".. So I left. All in all though, it's a good restaurant that I'll continue to visit. Read more
The WORST subway in the area. I don?t understand how a place could have so much attitude with their customers. You can?t even... reach them by phone because they don?t have one, so if you have a concern it won?t be handled. The manager is rude, theemployees are rude. If your order is messed up or disgusting they will fight you on it and not care. The sandwiches are lousyand the people who write good reviews for this restaurant prefer soggy mediocre subs over something decent. Read more
I love these sandwiches! Very great place to get food! There are always coupons that come in the mail that give you a great... deal! If you download the app then you can also get some more deals! I would give this store a -100 stars if I could. It used to be a lot better, but has really gone downhill. Nobody should have to... wait 30 minutes to get a sandwich due to a slow sandwich artist, and on every occasion. VERY SLOW. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Staffcould learn to use some manners though, but it's been 9 years and that hasn't changed, so it probably never will. Read more
Last week plus the start of this week (September 19th), this location must have staffing issues. I'm still receiving excellent... service, but only 1 employee is running the store!???? Not sure where the other employees are, but she's doing an excellentjob! During the busy noon hour she's making up to 3 sandwiches at a time to keep the line moving. She deserves 10 stars! I hopethe rest of the staff makes up their minds and decides to come back to work and not have a Subway shop with only 1 employee. Read more
