I have visited 3 times in the past month around 1am, and I have never been served the 3 times I have visited. First time after... waiting in line for 20 minutes "the car in front of me credit card crashed the system and it will be 30 minutes before systemsare online again" Second time, we're making food and it won't be ready for 20 minutes. 3rd time. ~2am wait at mic for a fewminutes, . I went through the drive thru and the girl had the previous customers order still pulled up on the screen so I couldn't see the... menu. I asked if they were still serving the crispy chicken tacos. With a huge attitude she says "we haven't had those in like 6weeks, if we had them you would see them on the menu right in front of you!" Normally I would have just said that's fine andordered something else. But with her attitude I said you know what, forget it. And I left. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. During one visit I was asked to take a survey and that I would be given a free drink if I... did. Mind you my order was not correct so I did not do the survey. My husband ordered again another time and our drinks weremissing. He asked where they were and the same girl who asked us to take a survey came to the window and said, ?do you know whata screen is? Yanno the big thing in front of your face? Make sure is right next time.? I am litteraly disgusted. I?m not sure ifshe was the manager but she shouldn?t even be working there to begin with. Absolutely horrible customer service and every singletime I visit this location my order is wrong. But I can be asked to take a survey for service I didn?t even receive just to geta free drink. I have been here a couple times and 90% of the times, their ?register is down?. I understand that I may come at later hours of... business, but it is every time. Not only this, but the employees are extremely rude. There was one male employee who screamed atmy friends and I after he informed us his register was down and he couldn?t take orders for 10-15 minutes and my friends and Iasked if we could wait. My order was not made correctly. It was missing two of the ingredients. I returned it and was given a new sandwich. It seems... that the taco shell was almost empty. They don't give you enough filling. Two tiny tomatoes and a dash of sour cream. The wholetaco was 3 bites full.
