This Subway does not participate with the online specials. I waste my time trying to save such a small amount ordering online... just to find out they don't participate at the end of my order. Being a chain I think they should have to, or quit sending meall these email specials that I can't access. I will try and not patronize this particular Subway anymore. Read more

I understand that people make mistakes sometimes. Usually I wouldn't say anything but this is ridiculous. I spend $30-45 each... order, AT LEAST once a week on subs for my teenagers from here. Half of the time there's something wrong with the order. Usuallyit's that I pay for double protein and definitely don't get that, extras I order and am charged for are missing from at leastone sandwich. (Mozzarella, avocado, bacon, cookies, etc.) This last time was the worst. They made the sandwiches mixed up. Theham one had the beef, they both had a lot of mayo when one was supposed to have light mayo. Toppings were the same on both andjust completely insane. The bread was soaking wet and the paper was torn. Everything was falling apart. It's like a toddler madethe sandwiches. I stopped ordering from here for a year in the past and I'm not going to be ordering from here ever again. Ijust started ordering regularly again this past year. The location doesn't deserve loyalty, especially when they are the onlyones in the area that convieniently don't participate in the online specials. Do not do fast food in this town at all. Orderfrom the taverns and regular restaurants. You'll actually get what you pay for. Read more

I had an awful experience going into subway today around 11am. The lady making my sub was rude and short worded with me. The... lettuce was BROWN nothing fresh about it. The spinach, banana peppers and olives also were old. They looked so bad that I didn?teven get it. When I asked to get the other bin of lettuce because it looked less brown the lady rolled her eyes at me. HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE! Read more

So first I?ve seen slammed subways they still take the time to clean the board before dragging a sandwich along it even with... paper. Second they seemed annoyed maybe just my perspective. I don?t think the sub guy changed his gloves prepping my daughterssub after dealing with one with mustard. Which thankfully she doesn?t have an allergy to. In comparison the one in Manitowac isfar superior in customer service but I know is owned by the same person. I don?t think I?ll be coming back again wasn?t as cleaneither. Sub was decent enough. The crew is always great spirited and put together amazing subs. I've been to plenty of Subways that have given me subs that... look like they've been through a wood chipper, but they put together great subs time and time again. Only thing I wish is thatthe original club would be back on the menu, but that's well out of their control. Highly recommend for a quick lunch/dinnerstop. Read more

Apparently phone orders have priority to walk in. Standing 5 deep in line and crew dropped everything to fill a large phone... order. Don't want callers waiting. Majority of us waiting left and crew could care less. Not a good business model. Read more
