Waited 1 hr Noone cleaning showers. Manager says cleaning guy is taking out trash. Noone seen taking out trash. She was a snooty... young girl who really doesn't care. This place needs new manager so drivers can at least get a shower. Read more

I went in to ask the guy behind the counter if he knew that a truck was parked blocking the drive through, he wasn't a bit... concerned could care less. I was there late this evening, and the cashier was rather rude and condescending, making innapropriate comments about my... purchase.. and unlike the customers that preceded me, she didn't bother to say hello or ask me for my rewards card. I alsodon't believe that scanning a customers card does not entitle you to call him by name, especially when you didn't do that tothe other customers. I feel like I was singled out. Read more
Typically very nice employees but was accused of stealing a SHOWER last week.. maintenance person banged on the door TWICE.. (I... ended up paying for 2 showers to not be accused and handed over the receipt) not really sure how you steal a shower when a codeis required.. didn?t receive any type of apology and after a short argument with 3/4 employees that were ALL outside on a SMOKEbreak behind the dumpster I got in my truck and left.. will never return again Read more
I'm a professional driver that gives you guys around $4000 in business every week. I stopped by to fill up and take a shower.... Shower 3 is missing ALL hanging hooks but one above the toilet paper dispenser. Sink was dirty and the Emergency light ismissing. If the power goes out someone will break their neck in the dark. This is a SAFETY issue. Jim's (president & ceo) goalis for all drivers to enjoy a hot shower & relax. You're far from meeting your goal my friend. Unless you have a check list inplace for the GM's to check every shower at a minimum on weekly basis you will never meet your GOAL!!! This is an on going issuethrough out your company! This is my favorite place to stop by weekly on my way to Dallas but after this visit I'll think twicebefore I stop by next time. Read more

Mike was super awesome for accommodating me with extra towels for my shower. You have to hit it super early in the morning so... you don't have to wait for a shower. But they are power showers!! Read more
