Stopped in while shopping for a quick bite. We were greeted promptly as we entered and seated. Our waiter, Chance ,arrived soon... after and took our drink orders. When he returned we ordered. 2 meals for $35. After a short wait our food arrived. My wifeordered the Ribs and I had the chicken and shrimp. The food arrived hot . The food and atmosphere were good. The bar area washalf full. After eating I went to restrooms. They were neat and clean. My only disappointment was the soap dispenser was aketchup bottle that I didn't want to touch. If I could give 0 stars it would be more accurate. I Usually love to come here to eat anytime. This experience tonight was awful... though. I got there around 9:40, then ordered drinks shortly after. My order was taken at 10 and I didn?t receive my food until10:40. Not only was I frustrated about the long wait, but my food arrived with hair in it. Multiple hairs actually, as well ason my friends plate. I asked to speak with the manager and I told her and showed her. She took the food back and didn?t bringback fresh food until around 11:30. Then to top it off, I was still expected to pay full price for the food, after the hair, andafter the extremely long wait. Very unsatisfied and disappointed. Read more
Pasta was dry as hell chicken was over cooked. I asked for extra sauce since it was so dry I get charged 4 dollars for it the... bowl is only filled half way. But your going to charge me 4 dollars where everywhere else it would be a 1 to 2 dollars. Tookforever to get refills. Worst place ever. Read more

The woman working that night were really nice. Everything they passed by they asked how everything was and if I needed anything.... Service was fantastic and friendly. Everything if come to this Applebee's the customer service is just fantastic and stellar.Food was fantastic, the only thing I would have liked was if the brownie was a little easier to cut. Okay so I know Applebee?s close at 12 but it?s only 11:10. The manger at the location tried to serve me a unacceptable meal. The... food was sloped on my plate like a dog. The presentation was horrible my potatoes look like they was just thrown on the andsteak was shriveled up, it was supposed to be cooked to medium. I will allow you guys to judge. And to Applebee?s please hirestaff who doesn?t scream and yell after a order is sent. It?s disgusting, be professional. And to the manger, you wouldn?t servethis plate your family so why did you serve it to me. Edit: So 2nd time was a charm, however I?m still stunned at how theytreat there customers. Our server was amazing! I didn?t get her name but she was fantastic! The manager ( curly hair male with glasses ) was behind the... bar and was taking forever to make drinks in a slow restaurant, didn?t let my boyfriend get a drink and shot at the same timeand a bad attitude. No hospitality what so ever. Would not recommend dining when he is there. Read more
