Went during lunch after the rush, sweet server and mother working together. Food took a little longer because less staff after... lunch rush. Poor darling server broke her glasses, so she accidentally messed up a couple of our orders... But we didn't mindbecause we were trying to stay warm during the almost Winter Storm and had plenty of time. We ordered a variety of dishes butmostly gyros and kebobs, which were yummy and tender. The experience was mostly for the kids to try Greek for the first time. They were intrepedacious at first, but loved it when they tried it. Making the little Gyro sandwiches was a fun tactile activityfor them(even the little one). If you don't get a side salad, ask for a pitcher of their dressing, IT IS AMAZING, with ALL oftheir meats. Would love to go back and try more menu items! Read more

I ordered falafal plate with lentil soup. The falafal was good, veggies on it were limited. The sauce was little and pita... nothing to rave about. The lentil soup was regrettable. It felt old one reheated in the microwave. I asked for more veggies. Some diced cucumber and tomato were brought and charged for it Read more

Horrible wait times on waiting on food the food was ok I ordered the sampler platter appetizer and the zesus plate I waited... around a hour just for the appetizer and another hour for the main course everything was cold for both the lamb kabob I orderwas undercooked and still frozen I tried ordering desert but it took the waitress forty minutes to tell me they were out of whatI ordered so I ordered another then she informed me that they were unofficial out of all desert first time coming here Horribleexperience wait times in the hours all food was cold when received or undercooked and still frozen during that time I was onlyable to have my drink refilled once during all that wait time the experience was not a pleasant one and none of the staff seemedto know what they were doing the waitress excuse was none of the cooks showed up to work and so they had the dishwasher in theretrying to cook food the place was a disaster there was people just walking out cause they got tired of waiting on there foodfood should be served in fifteen minutes or less not over a hour for each plate Read more

I have eaten at Athena's several times and have never had a bad experience. They are hard-working, kind people who serve and... create delicious food. My go-to is the gyro pita. It is so good. The tzatiki sauce is perfect. (I always get extra.) I willdefinitely keep going back. Read more

We stopped in after lunch and the restaurant was cozy and quiet. We were promptly met by a kind and helpful hostess, who was... also our waitress. The service was pleasant and fast, the food was warm and tasted great. We thoroughly enjoyed our food. The menu is vast and stretches between Greek, Italian and American cuisine. I definitely recommend this nice little familyowned restaurant for a good lunch or even dinner. Read more

Service was attentive. Food was good. Our side orders were mixed up which was not caught and corrected by wait staff. I would... call that an anomaly. The experience was fun and the context wall art is nice. The upkeep is lacking. Walls are scraped up andrestroom in need of handyman attention which detracts from otherwise delightful experience. That won't keep us away but hopethey can fix over time. Read more
