Azalea Catering is wonderful to work with. I arranged everything for my Texas party from up here in Pennsylvania, and they made... it easy. They offered great menu options at good prices, and were fine with the changes I made as we went along. When the daycame, their staff arrived right on time and were set up ahead of schedule. The two ladies who staffed the event were verypleasant (even in the heat of a Texas summer) and helpful, and everyone loved the food. It was a very generous amount for whatwe paid, and a popular choice with our guests. I highly recommend their taco selections and sides! I cant say enough great things about Azalea Catering. Gina was so quick to respond, the choices were all wonderful and choosing... was the only difficulty I encountered. She handled every little problem I had and absolutely everyone was impressed with theflavors and presentation. We had a small dinner, large party and medium-sized brunch catered over the weekend and we all justate like maniacs. People who would normally not comment or notice the food or the Bloody Mary fixings made a point to tell mehow delicious everything was. What was meant to be hot was hot, cold was cold, fresh was über fresh. Servers and bartenderswere friendly, efficient and professional. Gina is funny and lovely and eager to please. Everything stayed clean and I hadnothing to do but enjoy it. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and we are really grateful. Read more
At first I was very impressed with Gina?s responsiveness and good communication. Then the wedding came and they didn?t bring any... water for my guests and told them it wasn?t on the contract (which it definitely was). They also didn?t bring the vegan meals wepaid for. She gave me a credit for the vegan meals and promised to send chocolate covered strawberries for our 6-months...well,that didn?t happen. Won?t be hiring them again. Read more
Azalea Catering did a wonderful job for my wedding! They have been easy to work with since day one, promptly answering any... questions or concerns I had. Gina helped create the perfect menu for our event that was delicious and a hit with all my guest!(I recommend the queso if you go the Mexican food route, so good!) They did a flawless job serving food and beverages andkeeping finished plates off the table and glasses full! I am thrilled at how smoothly and beautifully everything went on myspecial day! I can\'t say enough about Gina and her staff! They went above and beyond to help make our wedding reception perfect. Her staff... was warm and welcoming and genuinely seemed to enjoy serving at my daughter\'s wedding. The not only provided everything weneeded but also had backup cups and bowls just in case we ran out of the pretty ones we ordered. We had ordered food from Ginain the past and I have been to many events catered by her and have always been amazed by not only the taste of the food but thepresentation. I am not even a fan of chocolate but our groom wanted brownies with ice cream and Gina found a perfectsolution-the chocolate lava cake and ice cream was crazy delicious!!!! I will always use Azalea Catering Company for my cateringneeds-from sit down fancy to individually wrapped breakfast taco and boxes lunches, Azalea can fit any need! Read more
