In town for just a bit and swung by around 3:30pm on a Saturday. Quick and friendly service from Mattie in the drive through! I... decided to take her recommendation for iced white mocha with lavender and so glad I did! Yum! Never had something other thanstandard flavors. :) Five stars from me! Read more
This place is incredible! The ladies that run it are amazing and provide the best, friendliest service! The definitely know... their coffee!! The coffee tasted amazing. I got a vanilla oatmilk martini espresso and it was heavenly! My sister got carmeloatmilk latte and it was also amazing!! I love that they use coffee beans from Coffee City USA! So by buying coffee from thissmall business, you are also supporting another small, local business. The owner worked at Starbucks as a barista for severalyears and then was a coffee roaster at Coffee City USA for many years. She then left to start this coffee shop at the benefit ofall of us. So thankful to finally have a good local coffee shop! Definitely a 5 star shop, and highly recommend!! Read more
Finally! A local coffee shop that gets it! While I have been a local coffee shop lover for years, both in the Tyler area and... back in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I\'m originally from, I\'ve yet to find a local coffee shop with stellar customer service.Until, today! Usually, there are these aloof hipster types running the place that either ignore you or tend to act like coffeesnobs. But, at Big Shot Coffee House, you will find genuine human beings who treat you with respect and serve some great coffee.The quality of the coffee was excellent and so was my daughter\'s smoothie. I really liked the vibe of the interior and theoutdoor seating. And, there logo is super cool too! I highly recommend going to this coffee shop. It\'s nice to finally be proudto recommend a local coffee shop for more than just their brew. I don\'t have to say: \"Well, their coffee is good... but...\"No, \"buts\" here. Just go! Read more
For the most part I love this place great breakfast and coffee, but I?m a little salty today because I asked for a sausage... biscuit and got to my work to find out it?s a sausage muffin which I usually don?t mind English muffins but was in the mood fora biscuit.
