We were not there at a very busy time, but the service was poor. For example, we ordered a beer; after over 10 minutes passed... we asked about it and the server told us the keg had to be replaced. Just let your customers know if they are going to have along wait. It set a bad tone for the whole meal. Later, when the wings came she pretty much just dropped them off and leftwith no comments. She didn't point out which wings were which flavor as we were accustomed to from other locations. We stoppedher and asked and she seemed put out with us; it made me feel like we were bothering her. She never asked if we wanted anyother drinks or anything more to eat. I doubt we'll go back to this location. A little training to communicate with thecustomers is needed. Read more
Waited forever to be seated and the dining room is empty. They ran out of tea bags so couldn?t get unsweet tea. The waitress... took my order for 6 wings and 2 sauces?then someone else came to tell me I can have one sauce or ten wings. The waitressrecommended I not order the Mac & cheese because the noodles are mushy. The waitress took my husband?s order for Italiandressing, then the salad was brought with no dressing because they don?t have it! Worst BWW I?ve been to. Won?t be back! Read more
Me and my boyfriend dined in last night and it was the worst experience ever for us. Our sever was pretty much non existent.... Other people brought our waters and food out. Then we had to ask someone where our alcoholic drinks were, because we had orderedit way before our food and still had not received it. Once the food arrived, she did not come back for about 20 min, we weretrying to be patient, but not once did she check in on us throughout our meal. The table beside us that was her tables as well,she would check in them every 5-10 min. Which would have been nice for us to have been taken care of like that. Our experiencelast time was amazing, which is why we came back. This time was just the complete opposite. Side note: our server talked to usonly when we asked for the check, that was the most we had to even seen of her at our table. Read more
The wings were good however be prepared for staffing shortages. On a Saturday evening there were only 2 people working the... tables. Kudos to the manager on staff who was pitching in with the orders in the back. Always a positive when your child incollege takes good ole mom out and pays! Read more
waitress Laura was great! came in with a coworker after a stressful day. we tried new menu items. they mixed our orders, and... mixed the ingredients between the two. there is a picture with the ingredients ON THE MENU. and they messed it up twice. portionwas very small compared to the menu. thankfully, I'm not a "Ken". however, it's worth a visit to see Laura's pen collection.????. not sure I'll be back. **** Update **** Visited again on 1-8-20 around 6:30 pm. We were greeted by a young lady who was obviously in a very bad... mood. After a few minutes of sitting I got up and asked for menus and was told by another rude staff member that my serverwould bring them to me. Eventually someone dropped off menus and said our server would be with us shortly. Waited a whilelonger while the server walked past us twice, another server was already taking someone else?s order who arrived after us. Wejust got up and left. The attitude of the entire staff was tense and awkward. Hopefully next visit I can bring their reviewback up. *** 1/2/2022 *** 42 Degrees outside tonight, they have the A/C blowing full blast. It was so cold inside that we hadto wear winter coats to endure the meal. There were other customers doing the same. Great service from our waitress. Ourfood was literally served ?cold?. The chili con queso was delicious. The Nashville hot wings with blue cheese sauce was very good, as well as the fries. There... were plenty of TVs to watch games. In the men's restroom, there was some trash in some of the urinals probably put there byother customers. Read more
The overall service was just horrible. The hostess that sat us was the only good thing about our. Order came out to wrong table... then the Order was picked up and given to the correct table minutes later which is a no no. We finally get our food my wife'stots were cold my sandwich was made incorrectly. We visited here 2 in the past couple of months an this was by the worseexperience ever. We will not be back. Read more
