I originally wasn't going to make this review. The host is very kind, and the staff are great. The appetizer was just that-... appetizing. However, my wife and I didn't find our entrées to be of our liking. We expressed our concerns and were willing towalk away in good spirits. That is until the kitchen staff got the OWNER on the phone to translate for them. They are incrediblyrude, unpersonable, and unpleasant to speak to. We explained that we simply did not like the food, but they insisted that wewere absolutely wrong. They said since we'd eaten some of the food that we would NOT be accommodated in any way. It took meraising my voice and talking over this person to get them to understand that we'd taken maybe two bites each before making ourconclusions. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered to-go. I came to pick up the order at the appointed time and they had given it away to someone else without verifying... the name. I had already paid. The MANAGER would not provide a refund OR remake the order. He told me I was out of luck.Seriously. It was my problem, not his. I won?t ever, EVER, visit this place again?and that?s too bad, because we use to like it.The service is inexcusable. Read more
I do not recommend the sushi at all here. My roll was the tiger eye roll and it was pretty bad. The roll itself fell apart,... tasted off, and the wasabi and ginger were old. Even the rice tasted off. My husband had the crunchy crab roll and it tastedfishy. Crab shouldn't taste fishy at all!! The portion size of the rolls were very mediocre; 4 "tall" but thin slices. The pricedid not match the portion size or the taste. The curry that we had was absolutely fire and delicious. Would definitelyrecommend that. The portion was good and the spiciness was genuinely accurate. The price of it was good too. The server wasvery kind and attentive even thought he was the only one there. Atmosphere was nice. 2 years ago I gave them a five star review, today it's a completely different experience and it was horrible. There's no staff... at all. We watched multiple tables, who had been waiting for an hour, get up and walk out without eating. They were here duringtheir lunch hour. My husband ordered a spicy tuna roll and we aren't even sure what he got. The quality of service is so bad. Goto the other location in Cumberland, they are normally much better (they don't have sushi)! Their Thai food is amazing ???? butthe service is sadly lacking. Read more
Everything was great. The food, the customer service, didn't have to wait long for food, our waiter continued to check on us and... he was amazing! My 16 year old daughter and myself had a lovely time and experience. We had to try alot of different things. Andthe prices are amazing. We will definitely be going back! Read more
This was our 3rd time here. My wife and I both love the garlic fried rice so much we cant try anything else... I get the beef,... chicken, and shrimp combo, wife gets chicken. The heat level 2 and 3 is great. Daughter got the spicy sexy roll and said it wasfantastic with some hot flavor. Granddaughter 3 got chicken pineapple fried rice and loved it. A waiter said he was noon and hewas fantastic. As we come through from Texarkana to Fairfield visiting our granddaughter this has become our usual stop. Serviceis always quick and the restroom was nice and clean along with the table. Easy in and out access and a convenient location. Wewill be back. Read more
First time. We had the 117 roll (right pic) & seafood tempura roll (left pic). They both were amazing! Service was excellent.... Every bite melted in your mouth. What I love most is that they have various food options; raw / cooked sushi, ramen and curry.Kid friendly menu as well. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Read more
Worst experience and food ever. Wanted to support local business and pick up some sashimi on the way home from work. Ended up... waiting 45 mins for old stale fish and salmon that was rotten we had to toss. Wasted $55 and the pad see ew was dry and thenoodles they used was not the soft Thai kind at all. Should have known when the menu was everything expansive from Thai,Chinese, Japanese. So what is it? We watched customers wait 30 mines before a waiter even took their order and brought out food.I hate to write a bad review but this really is unacceptable for a any restaurant. We truly could have gotten food poisoning.Truly felt bad for the nice man who was the host, waiter, sashimi chef and even answered the phones. . He was the only one wesaw in the restaurant until I saw the chef lady in the back yelling at him . This place needs new chef, new Owner, neweverything . Read more
