I recently ate at this Chick-fil-A, but was not given two of the items I ordered. I called the store as soon as I arrived at th3... place we were going to eat at. After I told the person on the phone what had happened, I was told that he had added a reward tomy account rewards. After I checked my rewards, I noticed that I was actually given 4 new rewards! I then received a surveyoffer about my recent visit. I took the survey and was then given a 5th reward of either a Chick-fil-A regular or spicysandwich!!! I was greatly appreciative of the manner in which Chick-fil-A was "operating'. And so, today, my son and I went backto the same Chick-fil-A, ordering a #1 sandwich only and 2 hand spun milkshakes. After my Chick-fil-A scan bar was put in, Ipaid $0.00 for our visit; using 3 of my 5 rewards. Many places won't accept more than 1 reward, coupon or offer a day. ButChick-fil-A does! Also, the gentleman who took our order and made our milkshakes was very nice, and blended right in w/my uniquesense of humor. All in all, IT WAS A 5 STAR VISIT TODAY!!! Read more
Food is always great here. Plan to place your order on line ahead of time, or wait in line for at least 15 minutes. This is one... of like 4 places to eat in the mall so it fills up fast. The people are always friendly, food always comes out perfect and Inever have any complaints when visiting. Wished all fast food joints could run as smoothly as you guys do! Read more
I had the cob salad, it was excellent, the atmosphere was bad because young kids were just too loud.
