I do a lot of catering through chick fil a and I love the team at the broadway crossing. This is my first google review and the... reason why I feel like writing this review is because Rachel went above and beyond to work with me tonight. We has some familysurprisingly come into town and I needed some chick fil a help asap and she came though and made our family very happy. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and it?s folks. However, I cannot logically grasp why I can ask the Chick-fil-A on 110 to make my... sandwich extra crispy/well done but not this one? Not everyone likes soggy sandwiches. Easy fix though. 110 isn?t far away. Justseems so odd to not want to satisfy a costumer as a huge business/business owner. Read more
Accused me of not paying and proceeded to pound on my window. I paid cash at the drive through and have no idea why it didn't... show I paid but it was very unprofessional. At first the staff went as far as refusing to give me my food until "I paid them"and told ke to park until they "looked into it." Read more
