I came here today at 1:30 for my lunch and my food was cold and on top of that the big giant lady in the drive thru has a... attitude for whatever reason. Worst experience I've ever had at Chicken Express. I went there on my lunch and ordered chicken livers and they were not fully... cooked. I had already ate 3. I don't think the ones I ate were bad but I was really hungry and was dipping them in gravy. Theydid not offer a refund just an "opps, that's not good" and an "I'll tell the cook, want new ones?" I told her no thank youbecause I had lost my appetite. I really hope I dont get sick from this. Read more
