This is the first time I have visited this Chili's and was blown away by the great food and service. I hate being someone who... brings up a negative when doing a 5 ? review, but the tablet thing on the table should go away. Well first off the service was not good at all. Second after finally receiving our food, another server walked up and announced... they would be out server . Kinda confused I told them we had been served already. The chili seemed pretty good. Upon leaving ,the chili started to turn sour in my stomach. My family went out to celebrate. We placed our order and our drinks and appetizers came in a reasonable amount of time. Our food... however we waited 45 minutes for the other waitress to notice we hadn't gotten our food. While ours had said after we finishedour appetizers that our entrees would be shortly. Turns there was "glitch" and our entrees never got sent to the kitchen. Wewere made aware by the other waitress who had also talked to the manager and they offered to comp our drinks and appetizers. Weasked for our to go at this point and still had to pay over 70 dollars for food we ate at home. We have gone there before andnever had this bad an experience. We were patient and nice but I wish they would have comped the meals instead of the drinks andthe appetizers. Read more
It wasn't very busy, the server was attentive. Not sure what happened with the food though - waited a long time for our... appetizer and ended up getting our meal before the appetizer even came. One of my sides was missing, so she had to go back forthat but they had not even cooked it, so waited another 10 minutes for my side and it was undercooked. Didn't get a dippingsauce we ordered. I got an appetizer of Texaz cheese fries(half) loaded with schedded cheese, green onion bits, and jalapenos. My main entree was... brisket quesadillas with shredded cheese, slow-smoked pulled brisket, roasted jalapenos and and house barbecue sauce; it wasserved with pico, sour cream and ancho-chile sauce. Dessert was a couple of small bowls of vanilla ice cream with somechocolate syrup. My drink was raspberry lemonade. The whole meal was delicious. Read more
Ok food. Service was a very slow. Not many people in the restaurant at the time either. Boneless chicken parts were dry not much... flavor , egg rolls were the best part. Avocado dip was a good match. Sliders ok made haphazardly cheese not melted. Made in ahurry. Not impressed. Read more
Wait was so long that without talking to someone the manager came over to comp our meal, however we should have just left. They... burnt a grilled cheese without melting the cheese in the middle. They burnt the cheese quesadilla. We had three separate streetcorns and all 3 were burnt and all looked completely different. Had a burger that had avocado added. The burger came withoutavocado but had mushrooms added. Brisket quesadilla was burnt on one side. Garlic toast was burnt. Mashed potatoes wereundercooked. The top layer of fries were warm but all the fries underneath were cold. Read more
Good food, but if you go too late they may be out of some things...ie: shrimp ???? but the staff are super nice and the... atmosphere is festive. They are moving locations so soon you'll need to go down Broadway, by Grande, to eat here!! Read more
