They were completely out of many ingredients and meats. I repeated myself multiple times for Steak and Barbacoa and was given... chicken. And the music must be to loud because the next person doing the toppings put corn on my husband's order when he saidsour cream. It was very disappointing. I'm sure it has something to do with the high turnover rate and the way they treat theiremployees. But, this kind of service is not okay. We won't be back. Read more
It's good, they offer healthy organic food choices and you custom make your own food. Delicious drink choices with endless... refills....my only complaint is every time I go there is absolutely no salt anywhere. No packets by the straws, no shakers atthe table. The lady I asked just gave me 3 pinches of coarse ground sea salt in a lil cup and called it good. That's not good,for better or worse I Love my salt and I'd rather not have to search the place like a crackhead looking for the tiny whitecrystals or crack my tooth on a giant lump of rock salt. I like it here..I always walk in and place my order in person (my preference). They move the line as quickly as they can for... such a small place (I heard someone complain about how slow they are I didn't think so).. my burrito bowl is always made to myspecifications. (Just wish it was bigger) sad my favorite berry drink isn't available anymore. Read more

So my wife and I love this place. Want to get filled up with good clean food this is the place. Everyone is friendly and even... if it seems busy it moves pretty quickly. My wife and I have the burritos and you can customize galore! Everything is hot andfresh, you can watch the meat getting cooked! Definitely recommend coming here! Read more
This chipotle is very mismanaged. I have been to this location on one occasion where the business was open, but there was zero... employees within the facility even a cop was confused on what was going on. There has been many times that they have been out ofcertain drinks like coke, Coke Zero, and etc. The main complaint is the ice machine it has been out for over a month with noattempt from the company to fix it or provide ice to the customers. I?ve never had any problems with the food or the employees.It?s just the lack of keeping up with maintenance is obvious and annoying. Read more
I am an employee at this location, and I do want to address a few issues I see people have in the restaurant. 1) the maintenance... issues with have with some of our stuff and and how long they persist is not our fault. We have several fixes that we have beenrequesting for a long time now. Corporate has just yet to give our specific location any attention. 2) Being the only Chipotlein the entire Tyler area, we are extremely busy, and so we oftentimes run out of things, and often faster than our 1 cook canprepare more. 3) meat portion sizes are small, we know. The serving size for all rices, beans, and meat are only 4ounces. Employee treatment is nice, the benefits are amazing, and we all get along pretty well. My coworkers are like a secondfamily to me. My only issue with the place is that corporate is uninclined to fix, replace, or improve our faulty equipment in atimely manner. Read more
