Reviews for Church's Texas Chicken in Tyler, TX
It's 9 pm... went in to get something to eat, internet says they close at 10.. told them I didn't want to have them cook... anything that I'd help them reduce the throw away just give me 4-5 pieces of chicken.. I figured the guy would be right by me...NEVER AGAIN CHURCHS!!! 4 PIECES, 2 WINGS AND 2 LEGS 9 BUCKS... and it's so old I had to call back and ask when it was cooked..unediable, feed to my dog ... never again with CHURCH's.. 9 bucks !!! The people was nice really the food was just cold ???? by noticing barley having they should've been cooking fresh chicken... instead of waiting for the cold chicken to be sold. Got home and felt sick Read more
First they gave spicy instead of regular..Didnt say sorry or free drink or nothing...I dont even live in town I was just passing... through..then when I went back the gravy taste better then the chicken...Chicken taste like it's been cooked in old grease.. Read more

Horrible service,the black lady seemed to be in a horrible mood. She did not want me to seat at an área where she was... sweeping, she kept running her mouth and dragging the chairs expecting me to leave. Chicken was DRY and biscuits had been undera heat lamp for hours. Very unproffesional. Read more
Absolutely my favorite chicken, hands down. The food was great although they served our sides in Styrofoam cups which was... rather odd. The drive-thru staff was super friendly and respectful. Churches is very sentimental for me as it was my mama'sfavorite chicken place to go in Arizona. When I found them here I was ecstatic! Everytime we've gone through the drive-thru orwalked in, the service has been top notch. I recommend this Churches for all singles, couples and families. Read more
