I'm giving this one 5 stars you guys yes five.....this is the first ci cis pizza location I have been in for the first time and... I'm highly impressed and highly SATISFIED I came in because of being a Veteran and the FREE ???? If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. There are so many TV's for entertaining purposes but the food is awful. You're... better off making pizza at home or ordering from somewhere else.Don't waste your time here or at the other Cici's in Tyler. Read more

1. Best price in town 2. Good tasty food (especially the cinnamon rolls) 3. Lacked in customer service At my last visit here... the cashier was a young female. Her attitude was poor. Good pizza, but could not stand to see the manager treating the other employess the way she did. I myself would hate to work at... a place like that & be treated lower than others, your title doesn't make you any better than others. Let me preface this by stating my 5-star review isn't because Cicis has the most amazing food. Nobody goes to Cicis for "haute... cuisine." People go to Cicis to eat cheap pizza until they explode for about ten bucks. That said, this is probably one of thebest Cicis I've ever been to. So, if you already know what to expect coming here, prepare to be pleasantly surprised becauseit's just a little bit better than that. I've been to Cicis in the past that were dirty, where the pizza was a bit old on theline, and the desserts stale. None of that was the case here! Everyone was super friendly, and the lady working the pizza lineanswered my questions without a rush and with a smile. The pizza and desserts were hot and fresh. The whole place was clean, andevery plate I picked up from the buffet line was likewise clean. They had an employee continually walking the dining area, notonly cleaning tables but taking empty plates and trash so they didn't build up at your table. The iced tea was good--it canoftentimes taste tannic because the tea dispensers aren't cleaned as well as they should be. All told, I was very impressed andglad I came. The pizza, as always, is not bad, definitely not the best, but it's worth the price. The deserts are great. I love the cinnamon... rolls that they have. Sat on a chair and the padding slid of so I had to use another chair. Good service and friendly cashier. Read more
