I ordered 2 Brooklyn Style Ultimate Pepperoni Pizzas. The first one was way too salty. The second was made very well. The staff... was friendly and overall the store looked very well kept. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 ? was the overly saltedpizza. But I will definitely be going back. Read more

RUDE workers. Sat at window waiting for someone to acknowledge me to get my online order picked up? the girl came to window and... stared at me never said a word not hello how can i help you nothing.. I tell her my name.. she walks off.. later comes back withmy box and just sticks it out the window and makes a snarky face at me and went back to whatever she had more important to do.Never even said have a good evening. No enjoy your pizza. No thank you for coming in.. nothing. Customer service is lackingeverywhere now and yet prices keep rising. About time I just don?t support any restaurants anymore I guess. Ordered a Small order. The Email I received said 80-90 Minutes. It's STILL being Prepped. I would NOT have ordered IF I knew... this. The last few times I have ordered I have waited up to 45 minutes with no phone call or anything. When I call to check on my food... I am informed that they only have 1 driver and delivery time is an hour and a half. They cancel the order so I can pick it uphowever It's already pending on my account for delivery. So I have to wait for it to be released after a few days to go back tomy account and get charged again. So The manager tells me that basically it will show 100.00 for pizza but one will eventuallyfall off....but how is that my fault they are under staffed. When I asked why they didn't call or just not take deliveries ifthey were behind. The manager yelled at me. I even told her just keep the charge throw some wings or another pizza in and leavethe charge alone and I'll come get it. She told me no , that I am not the only customer this happened too and she isnt doingthat. I asked who the GM was and got a first name and she said that's all she can tell me. No last name no number. ...This isthe worst pizza place ever. If I wanted to spend 100 tonight on dinner It wouldn't be here especially and not have any foodtrust me domino's in Gresham sucks and so does their management obviously there is no customer service skills here or managementskills! The past 3 orders I have been called after about 45 minutes with them telling me that they do not have anyone to deliver my... food, do I want to cancel or come pick it up? I get everyone is understaffed but that place is ridiculous. I only order becauseafter EVERY order I get a free pizza. Sad but true!! Why take delivery orders if no one can deliver your food. I don't feel theywill last much longer, I have heard no good comments on this domino's pizza.. ???????????? Read more

The pizza from this place has been spot on every time I've ordered. The online build matches ever time and the bake is perfect.... I don't eat pizza crust but I do from this location. Read more

MAN!! They Nailed it!! These guys managed to get 1 piece of Italian sausage on each piece, which perfectly complimented the 2... pepperoni slices....They're SO THOUGHTFUL....we always order extra cheese on these 2 pizzas (which we order usually twice/week,and spend $40-$50) and these guys took it upon themselves to add extra sauce to compliment it, to the point that we couldn'ttell we got extra cheese! How incognito! and the bacon we paid for was so subtle that we couldn't even tell it was there. ITHINK, but I'm not sure, that this location had a management change withing the last few months, and It shows. The first thingthat happened was that I got griped out at the drive through for trying to pay with a $100 bill. But the BIGGEST issue is thatwe've depended on Domino's to feed our family of 5 at least twice/week, and it was the BEST Domino's we've ever had, but, thepizza lately is not much better that DiGiorno. I even asked them in the comments to not skimp on toppings, to no avail. Thinkwe're going to try Marco's or Papa John's for a while. They may appreciate our $100/week. Read more
