If I could leave no stars I definitely would. The Dominos on gentry has a woman staff member by the name of Lupa who is rude and... very unprofessional. My order was completely wrong when I called to have it corrected she stated she would have it remade andsend it back out. I waited two hours honestly out of courtesy of short staffing. I called back to check on the order and she wasrude said she was close and to call back tomorrow. I called multiple times after that and she continued to pick up the phone anddrop the line. She needs to be fired because it is staff members like her that makes the entire business look bad. Read more
I quit ordering delivery after waiting over an hour. Order had been in quality check for 45 mins. Called the store and they said... it would be 2 more hours. Extremely short staffed and employees are not personable at all. Read more
$47 for a large extravaganza dry and way overcooked with very minimal toppings. Medium cheese pizza also dry, overcooked with... very minimal cheese and sauce. 2 house salads that were ok. Won't be back.....big waste of almost $50 bucks Read more
This location is slow and inconsiderate waited inside for ten minutes to even be acknowledged I placed my pick up order a hour... before I showed and it wasn?t even ready yet this was last time I gave them a chance and they burnt the hell out of my pizza Read more
Made our order online from the hotel and 30 min later recieved a phone call and was told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours before they... could deliver. Therefore we opted to go pick it up ourselves and was still charged delivery fee not to mention the tip weprepaid for. The pizza was cold as was all the sides and the service at the window was poor to say the least. Read more
If I could leave no stars I would. We ordered our pizza at 7:36 it didn?t get here until 11:32 the ?quality check? was at 8:23... so it sat for 3 hours before being delivered. When it finally arrived the box was dented into the pizza like someone had sat onit. During all this we called the Beckham location which the manager Allen had successfully re placed our order and delivered it within 45 minutes. Ordered from them at 8:39 and the wait time on the site was 15-25 minutes. After paying the email said 55-70 minutes! I tracked... it and at 8:50 says it was being quality checked....I finally had to just go and get it myself as it has been sitting on theshelf getting cold for over 40 minutes. On the way out saw delivery drivers just hanging out behind behind the store....It's nota matter of a shortage of drivers it's lazy workers period.Will use Pizza Hut from now on! Read more
Worst domino's EVER. Complete waste of money. Pizza is poorly made, old and cold. Barely cut. The delivery driver was rude, even... as I was handing him a 40% tip! Should've checked the pizza and told him to keep it! On vacation too!! Read more
