How is this considered a full cup of coffee? And a large at that. My husband got the same thing and while still low, it wasn't... nearly this bad. We showed the cashier and she just kinda offered to put more milk in it. Like. I get that milks part of therecipe but you're not really offering to fix it, just dilute it. That's pretty terrible. Terrible service, poor staff handling, waited 15 minutes to get a simple cheese egg English muffin and egg bites. No one else... was inside for 8 of those minutes. Staff attitude regarding the delay was "could care less". Read more

I love Dunkin? Donuts coffee. But whenever I go to the store I ask them to make my hot coffee extra hot. It?s always comes out... Luke warm or even cold. Doesn?t matter how much I stress that I want the coffee hot. They refuse to make it hot. Not sure why Iwish there was another Dunkin? Donuts franchise in Tyler Read more

Okay so I'm not sure who took my order but all I know is I got a large caramel craze signature lattte with cold foam instead of... the whipped cream and it was really good ! The girl who took my order at the front counter offered exceptional service and wasnice enough to offer multiple drink suggestions for me , considering i don't come here often . She told me to come back and seethem which I will ! Read more

Terrible service. I went through the drive thru this morning. I put my order in, not without being asked, "is that all?" between... each item I ordered. When my order was finished, I was told to pull forward. The worker did not repeat my order back to me tomake sure it was correct or give me an amount. When I got to the window, they had no idea what my order was. When I finally gotit reordered and paid for, the worker went back to get my food. Also they told me to park my car , I was approached by the onewho took my order to ask me what I was waiting on. Great way to start the day.
