Tried to stop by the other day for a quick bite. 7:30pm. Walked in and as I walked up to the register the girl at the counter... greeted me with "the lobby is closed". At 7:30pm. Not hi or hello. Not even courtesy to ask if we were dining in. The open signwas on, hours posted by the door said the lobby was open until 10pm and the door was propped open with the wet floor cone. Noexplanation (wasn't about to argue) was given. We were turned away along with a few other people. We ended up just taking ourbusiness elsewhere, as I'm sure the other people did too. Food and service were good. However I got at least ten packets of ketchup and another ten of hot sauce without even asking.... Definitely will hurt profits if they do this with everyone. And it was the manager who did it. Read more

9/1/22 Apparently they are short on hamburger patties ! I paid for the #6 which is the ultimate cheese burger meal only for my... son to see it only had one hamburger patty lettuce Mayo on bottom bun & no cheese.. then try to call they number only for it tosay the wireless customer is unavailable please try your call again later..what kind of business is this!!! My ultimate bacon cheeseburger was good. I forgot that they put all the sauces on their burgers since it's been awhile since I... had it but I scraped it off and added a little ketchup to it and it still tasted good. Their credit card machine was down so Idid have to drive to the atm and then back to place my order which was a pain in the you know what but the curly friesdefinitely made up for that hassle I had to detour. Next time I will request the correct condiments on my burger and hopefullythe machines there will be all back up and running and it'll be a perfect visit. I definitely will be going back to try somemore of their food. Read more
Best Jack in the Box in town love their tiny tacos. Jack in the box is my favorite fast food place. They are quick and freindly.... Very clean. Do breakfast all day. You get a full box of tiny tacos I had been so excited I devored half the box before itdawned on me to taco a picture. bought a burger, and sausage breakfast burrito, got a spicy chicken sandwich for the wife. i asked for no mustard on the burger... and hot sauce for the with chicken sandwich, i double checked these things at the service window and was told it would becorrect as she don't hear the no mustard. hot sauce was in my burrito and there was still mustard on the burger. idk how tocommunicate more effectively in this situation. very annoying and a waste of my money.
